Signet branding is the design of the seal that will be branded either on your Artisan Magnetic Compact or Palette. or chiffon wrapping.
What is an Artisan Magnetic Compact?
This is a matte black compact with a mirror that fits a 26mm ROUND pressed eyeshadow tin.
What is an Eco-Conscious Envelope?
This is a branded black paper envelope that holds a SQUARE 26mm eyeshadow tin. This option is perfect for adding your pressed eyeshadow to an already owned Z-palette.
What is the Loose Pigment Pouch?
This is a debossed drawstring pouch that comes with a double-sided precision brush that is only available for the Loose Pure Pigments Collections.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase (confirmed through USPS tracking), unfortunately I can not offer you a refund or exchange.
What is eligible for a return?
Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
My order was received damaged, what do I do?
Get in touch with me at Help@AmbitiouslyHer.Com within 14 days of receiving your damaged items.

I've received my order but I've changed my mind and no longer want it. Can I return it?
Due to the nature of my products, I do not usually issue refunds or exchanges when the purchaser changes their mind.
I need my refund sent to a different account!
For security reasons, I am not able to process refunds to different accounts other than the one that was used to make the purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order after I’ve placed it?
It is not guaranteed that I am able to cancel or modify your order. Contact me at Help@AmbitiouslyHer.Com within 4 hours of placing your order and I will make my best effort to accommodate you.
My order shipped but I need to change the address.
I use USPS to ship out my products. If you create an Online Account with them, you can manage your deliveries such as changing your address, scheduling your delivery, and having them hold your mail for you. [www.usps.com]
Can I change the e-mail address to my order?

Can I us multiple promotional codes for my purchases?
Unfortunately, our website is not optimized to process more than one discount at a time.

I bought an item last week that is on sale this week, can you honor that sale?

How much will it cost to ship my order?
The cost of shipping for your specific order is calculated by weight. You will be able to see the total cost of shipping when you check out.
USPS marked my package as undeliverable, what now?
I have had this happen to me, and it is very frustrating. Because I personally have no control over what happens once your order is out of my facility, I recommend contacting USPS and having them either hold your items and picking it up from one of their postal offices, or changing your delivery address. If they offer no other choice, and the package is returned to me, i will issue you a refund. I cannot guarantee that I will be able to issue a refund for the shipping.
How do I track the status of my order?
I will notify you by e-mail the status of your order, and once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking ID number, which you can input into the USPS website for your estimated delivery and make any changes along the way.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Absolutely! If there are any complications shipping your order, I will contact you first before proceeding.
