Hey, I'm Courtney.
Let's skip the small talk & get real.

Tell me about the promotion you want and are worthy of but you haven’t applied because you're “not quite ready” for it. The meetings where you said "sorry" or made some other disclaimer before you said what you actually meant to soften the message to make others more comfortable. The version of yourself you've been performing since some man called you "too direct" or “aggressive” and you decided it was safer to shrink instead of push back. The time you forgot to eat anything all day or go to the bathroom because your calendar won. I want the real stuff, all of it.

Together, we name what's actually been running the show (the unwritten rules, the conditioning, the mold you didn't build and never agreed to), and build your own roadmap to a career that fits the woman you're becoming instead of one more room you have to audition for.

A bold approach to unapologetic leadership

Ambitiously Her coaches female leaders and aspiring leaders through the exact thing they weren't warned about: a system built without them in mind, and unspoken rules that ask them to shrink to fit a mold.

We give ambitious, purpose-driven women the tools, the truth, and the permission to reject that mold. To be ambitious out loud. To show up unapologetically authentic and actually love their career. To challenge the bias and shut down the double standards instead of absorbing them. The goal isn't just clarity, it's landing somewhere real: loving the career you're in, or finally admitting the room was never built to hold you and going to find the one that is.

you were never the problem. The patriarchal system corporate America was built on is.

I'm not your average coach with a framework and a worksheet. I've lived this. I climbed the same ladder, put myself dead last, and watched my health, my confidence, and my life pay the price for trying to shrink myself into a shape that was never mine to begin with. So when I say I see you, I mean it, not as a marketing line, as someone who's been exactly where you're standing.

The kind that comes from people-pleasing your way through every meeting, staying quiet because speaking up gets you labeled difficult (or worse, the B word), and rereading your own email four times to make sure nobody could possibly be offended by it. You've started outsourcing your voice to AI because it's easier than trusting your own. You make everyone else comfortable, even when it was never your job to. And underneath all of it, you're trying to fold yourself into a mold that was never built for a woman as ambitious or as real as you actually are.

You're exhausted. Not the kind of tired sleep fixes.

Real conversations, handled. The critical conversation you've been avoiding. The pushback on vague feedback you've been swallowing. The interruption you finally interrupt. The interview, the resume for the promotion you're ready for, the ask for the raise you've earned and haven't requested yet.

A leadership style that's actually yours. Clarity on your values and how they shape the way you lead. The self-trust to be assertive without softening it into an apology. The ability to hold your team accountable and use their strengths instead of doing it all yourself, because working harder was never the answer.

Permission to stop performing. Naming imposter syndrome for what it is. Addressing bias without burning the whole room down. Using AI as a tool instead of a replacement for your own voice. Taking the sabbatical, the leave, the boundary, without earning it first.

Time and energy that's actually yours. Real time management. Real self care, not the reward you get after everyone else is handled. And the tools to navigate the difficult relationships (with your team, your leaders, yourself) that have been quietly draining you for years.

our core values

Have the money for the new car, the dream home, the boat, the vacation that takes you somewhere you've never been. Feel financially secure enough to stop depriving yourself of the life you're actually building toward. You worked for this. Spend like you know it.

FINANCIAL FREEDOM

Don't be afraid to take the risk. Bet on yourself before you have proof it'll work out, because that's the only way it ever does. The version of your life that scares you a little is usually the one that's actually yours.

ADVENTURE

Don't be afraid to take the risk. Bet on yourself before you have proof it'll work out, because that's the only way it ever does. The version of your life that scares you a little is usually the one that's actually yours.

Adventure

Leading as yourself isn't a risk, it's the whole point. No more performing a version of you that's palatable for someone else's comfort. No more editing your voice, your accent, or your opinions down to fit an expectation you never agreed to. Show up as the real one. She's the one worth following anyway.

AUTHENTICITY

Trying to stuff yourself into a mold that was never made for you waters down the very thing that makes you good at what you do. You are not a diluted, easier-to-swallow version of yourself. You're you, full volume, and you deserve a room that can actually hold that instead of asking you to turn it down.

SELF EXPRESSION

Stop putting yourself at the bottom of your own to-do list. You aren't a task to check off between everyone else's needs. Go to the gym. Go out with your friends. See the concert. Spend the time with your family. Take the trip. Your needs go first, not last, and definitely not after everyone else's are handled.
